I have been fooling around the last few days with making digital stamps on my IPad. The program I am using is IDraw. I wish I had a little more control with my stylus but I guess with practice that will come.

I picked up this interesting booklet from 1931 this weekend called Forest Trees of Connecticut, A Pocket Manual.  It is filled with tree leaves and berries.  Both of these are from the pine family.

Two More From Singer Drawing Booklet

I thought these two dutch children had a little bit of a wonky look in the eyes and was not sure I should post them.   

         

Chicks & Bunnies

Spring is almost over here in the northeast but I thought these would give you a smile on this rainy Saturday morning. Both images are from the 1928 Singer booklet.  A little more experimenting below.  I separated the images for you.  Let me know if you like this and I can do it for other images in the future as appropriate.

Both of these images are from a Singer sewing drawing book for children 1928.  I will be posting the covers on Clearly Vintage later.  I did the second image as a png file and jpg.  The png does not show up del on my background but it is there.

A Few More Cute Kids

This first image would make a great best friend card.  I love the two girlfriends out for a stroll.

 This young guy is starting to harvest peas in the garden.  I bet they are yummy.
