Our guest host this week Kym has created the two beautiful cards above. She is a talented paper artist with a diverse style from whimsical to sophisticated. I decided to keep on with the theme of Fairies from last week and assigned her the two images above. Kym took the challenge. Won't you take the challenge too? Make a card or project with one or both of the images and post it below in the comments section for us all to be inspired.

At Kym's blog Nana's Keepsakes you can see more of her wonderful creations. Here is Kym's bio in her own words. "I am a proud mom of 2 children (Karissa - 21 who is attending school for her medical assistant degree and Travis - 19 who is a US Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton, California deploying for Afghanistan in February) and a grandma of 3 precious grandchildren from my daughter (Aiden - 3 yrs. and Logan & Mitchell - 9 mos). I have been an avid crafter for many years cross-stitching, crocheting, knitting or sewing. But last year in November my best friend got me started creating cards for family and friends for the holidays and birthdays. Since that moment I have been hooked. I try to spend as much time in my craft room creating cards for my family and friends."

Digital Two For Tuesday 28

This week our guest amazing host is Terri. She has taken two fairy images and made them into cards to treasure. Both images were colored with colored pencils and the card base for both is white. For the fairy on the cloud she used DCWV papers and ivory/gold organdy ribbon. The fairy with the mirror is layered on to 2 different Christmas prints. She chose a green checked wired ribbon for the embellishments.
Here is her bio in her own words. "I have been stamping since 2004. I love to work in my craft room with soft music such as: the Celtic Women, Classical, Enya, etc. This is my way of relaxing from the daily stresses of work. I work full-time in the Children's Department of our local public library. My husband and I have been married for 30 years and have 2 beautiful daughters, a wonderful son-in-law and a gorgeous 2 year old granddaughter. Wishing everyone a very Merry and Blessed Christmas." See more of her exciting cards and projects at her blog Terri's Cards N' More.
Happy Holiday's Everyone. All I want for Christmas is comments.

Digital Two for Tuesday 27

This week our guest designer is Christa AKA Sophia Regina. I gave her a difficult task to design something using these two Santa images. Little did I know that she does not use Santa images but Christa in her kindness did not ask me for new images and created several amazing, creative projects. Here is her bio in her words "I'm a 32-year-old stay-at-home homeschooling mom, as well as a pastor's wife. Before I married, I was also a school teacher and college registrar. I enjoy all kinds of crafts: sewing, crocheting, paper crafting, stamping and scrapbooking. I also love reading, writing, photography and cake decorating." Digital Two for Tueday 25

So here are this week's images. I finally found a few Christmas vintage b&w images in some old magazines. So for the next few weeks Christmas will be the theme.
Our guest designer this week is Lisa Cook. She has taken the two images and created a beautiful pop up card. I just love all the little touches she has added and her coloring. Wouldn't you just love to put a card like this on your mantle this Christmas. I can't wait to see what all of you create with these images. So be sure to link back to this post in the comments section. You can see some more of Lisa's fun and original designs at her blog Stamped Art by Lisa.
