US Open - Tennis 19th Century Style


This post is in honor of the US Open.  I love these styles from Ladies Home Journal 1892.  I do think it would be really hard to play in a long skirt and a tight cinched waist.  What do you think?  I am selling this magazine and others online to clear out space so I can buy more.  See the post below for more info.

    Hi Cora, I love these tennis images. They are so pretty. I can only imagine how hard it was to play in the long dresses, yet I like these outfits a lot. Wish I had some like them. Thank you so much. Edwina Brown
