Chicks & Bunnies

Spring is almost over here in the northeast but I thought these would give you a smile on this rainy Saturday morning. Both images are from the 1928 Singer booklet.  A little more experimenting below.  I separated the images for you.  Let me know if you like this and I can do it for other images in the future as appropriate.

Digital Two for Tuesday 38

This week we have two more images from the John Martin The Child's Magazine from Feb 1929. I am just loving these images. They are so much fun to use. This week our guest hostess is Melisa. Melisa has created two beautiful cards. She has an incredible eye for detail and she uses color to add dimension to her work. I love the word art she has added to bring the images to life. Here is her bio in her own words "Hello Everyone! I’m Melisa (Me - Lisa) and I’m thrilled to be a guest designer this week for Digital Two For Tuesday! I started scrapbooking approximately 12 yrs ago. Through scrapbooking I was introduced to stamping. I enjoyed using them soooo much I started venturing into card making. I started stamping and card making regularly approximately 2 ½ years ago. I am blessed with 6 girlfriends who are crazy about stamping as well and we meet-up frequently to get crafty. I enjoy trying different styles and types of projects, beyond card making. I love using my stamps for scrapbooking, home décor, ATC’s, inchies, and other types of altered pieces. I have several blogs to organize my art, but my primary is http://melisawaldorf.blogspot.com. I would love to have you stop by for a visit sometime!

I was so delighted when Cora sent me these adorable images in the mail. While I have found a love for vintage over the past year, I haven't spent alot of time creating with children. So it was wonderful to create something that was definitely different for me. I hope you enjoy these and are inspired to use Cora's wonderful vintage images!"
