Wow, we are up to 20 and I hope you are enjoying the guest designers interpretation of our digital images each week as much as I am. This week is no exception. We have some amazing cards from Esther. I just love what she has created with t
hese images. Her use of color and texture make her cards really stand out. Here is her bio in her own words. "I'm a wife (for 10 years), mom (for 7 years), and crafter (since I was a kid). I started sewing as a teenager and have made everything from curtains to rag quilts. I've 
enjoyed cross-stitching and crocheting as well.
About 11 years ago I saw my first scrapbook and knew it was something I wanted to do.
My first attempts are interesting to look back on (so are the supplies that were available "back then"). It wasn't until 4 years ago that I became interested in making cards, and I've been hooked ever since! I think it's my all time favorite "crafty" activity. Not only does it "scratch" my itch to create, but it caters to my impatient nature in letting start and finish a project in one day. I enjoy finding new tools and techniques to use in my "trade," and especially enjoy using the free images Cora gives us every Tuesday. I was particularly thrilled when she ask me to guest design for this week.

ReplyDeleteHello there. A friend has guided me to your blog. I too love the Hawaiian card. It's something I didn't see when I saw the image. I have been told by my friend that you were looking for some DT members but can't seem to find any post about it. I know it's most probably sorted but could you consider me. I make my cards solely to sell to raise funds for different charities and any cards that I make for challenges go in the boxes to sell for charity. Best wishes, Kym xxx
